In order to make shopping online easier for our website visitors, we have redesigned our website. Please be aware that some things have changed, and take a quick look through this FAQ to answer any questions you might have.

  1. How do I find items I'm looking for?

Because there are so many different charts and pens for different manufacturers and recorder types, all of our products are searchable through our search pages. Chart Search, Pen Search, Medical Product Search. Simply type in a keyword, product number, or GC Part number (what's this?What's This?), and click search. After a few moments your results will be displayed. You can further filter results by using the items on the left hand side. You can choose to see all the results from a particular manufacture, charts for a particular time range and so forth. To remove all your filters, click on the Remove all filters link on the top of the left column. If you can't find what you're looking for, you can either try broader search terms, or contact our customer service.

  1. Where can I find more information about an item?

Once you've completed a search, the small magnifying glass icon (more information) will give you additional information about an item. This will open in a new window so you do not lose your search results. If you do not see any details pop up, please double check that you are not blocking pop up windows.

  1. How do I purchase items?

Once you've found the items you wish to buy using our product search, simply click the shopping cart icon (shopping cart) next to the desired result. You should see a window appear confirming that the items been added to your cart, with the options to go back to your search results, or to view your cart. If you click go to cart, from here you should see any items you've added. You will not see pricing for your products until you've logged in. Click Get Pricing/Checkout to do so. After you've logged in (and chosen your shipping address) you have the option to: Update Quantities, Save as Quote, Proceed to Checkout or Clear the cart".

From there simply click Checkout. Confirm your order, and enter your Purchase Number , then Place Order to finish. You should receive an email notification regarding your order.

  1. How do I create a quote? (And why should I?)

Quotes are created from your shopping cart. To make a new quote, simply search for products using our search engines. Add them to your cart. From there you can save the cart as a quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days, so you can save an order that you're thinking about, for a later date. To review old quotes, simply click on My Quotes from the tools menu on the left side.

  1. How can I find pens for my chart - or charts for my pens?

Due to the overwhelming number of products available, and different important information for both charts and pens, we decided to split up the search page into a Chart search and a Pen search. However, many chart customers need pens and many pen customers obviously need charts. So, if you do a search for a chart on our chart search pages. In the results you should see a small pen icon (Pens). Click it, and a window should appear with related pens for your chart.

If you cannot find the appropriate chart or pen that you're looking for, or you're unsure if they are compatible. Please feel free to call Customer Service at +44 1803 860100 (UK) or +32 9228 1046 (Europe), and we will help you find your chart or pen.

Are you Registered with us?

In order to enjoy the convenience of buying online at www.graphiccontrolsltd.co.uk, you first need to become a registered user with us. To register, simply go to our online register form and fill out the necessary information. Here you will choose your username and a password for logging into your account.

For your convenience our Credit Application are available online.

You will be notified by the email address you provide and a customer service representative will be in contact with you within 24 hours to activate your account.

Already Registered with us?

If you already have an activated account with us, simply login to your account. to make purchases online at Graphic Controls.

  • In order to complete an online order, a customer must select a ship to address from the drop down menu
  • After selecting a Ship To, your customer purchase history for that shipping address will automatically be displayed
  • From here you can easily add a product to your shopping cart by clicking the checkbox to the right of the product and then clicking the "Add" button found at the bottom of the page
  • After clicking on the "Add to Cart" button, the Shopping Cart Page will be displayed showing the item/s in your online shopping cart
  • From here you can update the quantity in your cart, clear your cart or proceed to checkout and complete your order.
  • The top navigation bar will allow you to add more items from your purchase history or by product search. It will also allow you to change your selected Ship To Address
  • If you choose to change your Ship To address while shopping, you will be prompted by a warning screen that will clear all items in your shopping cart
  • Customers are REQUIRED to enter a Purchase Order Number before submitting their order
  • After reviewing the order and confirming the information, click the submit button to complete the order

Shipping

  • Products purchased online are shipped to the "Ship To" address selected after login. The shipping address is selected before any items can be added to the shopping cart
  • Alternative shipping address (Drop Shipping) are not available at this time, but will be offered online soon


Using Your Graphic Controls Account

  • All online purchases will be invoiced to the account on file at Graphic Controls
  • ALL PURCHASES REQUIRE A PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER
  • An email notification will also be sent to the customer's login email address, displayed on the checkout page

Stock Item Returns:

Product purchased from Graphic Controls Ltd is eligible for return providing the item is current in our catalogue, of existing stock item status, and the integrity of product and packaging have been maintained.

Returns must be within 12 months of invoicing, within 6 months of expiration, and less than 2 months inventory.

A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to all stock item returns - Made-to-order products are non-returnable.  Freight costs will be paid by customer

Non-conforming Product:

Graphic Controls Ltd will replace all product not meeting specified quality standards.

Non-conforming product must be reported within 90 days of invoicing.

All non-conforming product must be returned to Graphic Controls Ltd, unless otherwise instructed, prior to issue of account credit.

Replacement of product will require application of credit to the original invoice, and the generation of a new invoice document for replacement product shipped.

Shipping Discrepancies:

Incorrect product received as the result of a shipping discrepancy must be returned to Graphic Controls Ltd, unless otherwise instructed, prior to issue of account credit.

Return Goods Authorisation:

A CCF (Customer Complaint Form) number must be assigned by Graphic Controls Ltd  prior to any/all product returns; this number may be attained through Customer Service. The CCF number must be written visibly on the outer packing labels of the returned product. Each box/case returned must be identified with  CCF number to ensure proper identification and accurate account credit.

A CCF number is valid for 45 days from date of issue.

Product Returns are Subject to Inspection:

All returned product must be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition, and all product returns are subject to inspection upon receipt, prior to the issue of credit.
